Frequently Asked Questions

Is it really gluten-free? +
We don't use any gluten-containing ingredients, but production happens in a shared kitchen without formal gluten-free certification, so trace contact is possible. Not recommended for celiac disease or severe gluten allergy.
Is it really vegan? +
The base recipe is egg-free (vegan-friendly). Salted egg yolk is an optional add-on for +Rp4.000/pc — if you want a fully vegan order, simply don't add it. (Basis resep bebas telur/vegan-friendly. Telur asin adalah tambahan opsional, cukup tidak menambahkannya untuk pesanan yang tetap vegan.)
Is this halal? +
Yes — all ingredients used are halal.
What happens if I add salted egg yolk to Chocolate or Ube Cheese? +
The custard center is removed and replaced with the salted egg yolk — you'll get one or the other in that piece, not both.
When can I order, and when will I get it? +
Pre-orders open Sept 6, with early bird pricing through Sept 10. Delivery and pickup start Friday, Sept 11, and orders remain open through Sept 30 for late delivery. Quantity is limited, so please order in advance.
How do I pay? +
Full payment is required upfront to secure your order and production slot. Our admin will share payment details after confirming your order on WhatsApp.
Can I get this shipped outside Jakarta? +
Yes — we ship out of town via J&T, with Rp5.000 packaging protection automatically included and the shipping fee confirmed via WhatsApp. For in-town orders, self pickup at either studio or local delivery via Lalamove is also available (time window only, no exact time).
How should I store it, and how long does it last? +
Room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Best enjoyed within 1 month. To warm: oven at 150°C for 2–3 minutes, or pan on low heat for 1–2 minutes.
